Retained Search
For critical or confidential hires where a comprehensive approach matters. Retained search gives you a dedicated process, full market coverage, and a team committed exclusively to your brief from day one.
We work on a phased fee structure: an engagement fee at instruction, a second stage fee at shortlist, and a completion fee on placement. This aligns our effort with your outcome throughout.

Contingency Search
A contingency arrangement is appropriate when you need strong candidates quickly and are comfortable working with more than one supplier. We are paid on successful placement only.
Our contingency work carries the same standard of candidate quality and assessment as our retained mandates. We do not submit CVs for the sake of activity.
This model works well for mid-level operational and functional roles where there is strong candidate supply and an active market to draw from.
Talent Mapping
Talent mapping gives you a detailed view of the available candidate landscape for a specific function, level, or geography — before you open a role.
We research the market, identify the relevant population of candidates, assess suitability, and deliver a structured report. You get an accurate picture of supply, compensation benchmarks, and any gaps or constraints to plan around.
